If you’re looking for a mid-term rental, accommodation in a hotel or a guest house would be too expensive, and the typical flat rental often needs signing a year contract and paying a deposit. We solve this by offering special rates for 1-3 month stays with no deposit.

High-speed internet

We offer free Wifi access with over 300 Mbps download and 190 Mbps upload speeds, which is more than enough for most needs.

Equipment

If you’re a digital nomad, we can supply you with an external monitor and keyboard upon request, as well as printer access.

Extra space to work and relax

As part of our upgraded packages, you’ll have access to a large common room where you can work, have a snack or a coffee. You’ll also have access to our garden where you can bring your laptop or just relax under the sun.

Weekly cleaning and sheet changing

We understand that a clean and cozy living environment is essential for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay. Our dedicated housekeeping staff will offer to clean your room, change your bedsheets and provide you with fresh towels once a week, at no extra cost. No need to bring your own linens.

No deposit

Traditional deposits can tie up your funds and create unnecessary financial burdens. Unlike other properties that offer longer term stays, we do not ask you to leave a deposit at the beginning of your stay.
